A service writer is the intermediary between the technicians and the customer.
You will schedule appointments, create estimates for work and order parts, and help answer customers questions and concerns.
This position does not require any understanding of cars, we are willing to teach the right candidate everything they'd need to know.

Responsibilities Shifts are 7:
30am to 5:
30pm M-F.
Shift start/end times are flexible.
Greet customers in person / on the phone with a friendly attitude Prepare estimates of costs for labor and parts based off of technician guidance Monitor the progress of each customers vehicle throughout the day Explain upcoming and completed work and charges to customers Pick up parts at dealerships or auto repair stores on occasion Qualifications High School or GED Equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving history Computer savvy and a willingness to learn new programs Desire for long term career with growth potential Most importantly a friendly and outgoing demeanor Benefits Salary of 52,000 annually 1/2 hour lunch breaks.
We buy lunch once a week, usually Fridays Free education and training on car maintenance and parts Retirement program and health insurance plan at your six month anniversary Offer up to a 3% matching contribution to your savings plan after one year.
